This practice series is designed to help you deepen your connection to your body and enhance your well-being through hands-on, experiential techniques. The class will include practical, effective practices that support your immune system, boost lymphatic drainage, increase vitality, improve sleep, and regulate your nervous system. By the end of the series, you’ll have developed self-care routines to elevate your health and vitality at every stage of life.
Class 1: Self-Care Essentials: Bathing, Mealtime & Sleep-time Rituals
In this hands-on session, we’ll explore simple, accessible self-care rituals that can be incorporated into your daily routines. You’ll practice techniques for nurturing your body at key moments of the day, such as bathing, eating, and preparing for restful sleep.
Class 2: Lymphatic Drainage 101: Why is it Important and How to Optimize Your Flow
Boost your immunity with self-care techniques like self-massage, gua sha, tapping, and more. This practice session focuses on activating your lymphatic system to support detoxification and vitality.
Class 3: Cleansing vs. Recharging: When and How to Use Both
Learn the difference between cleansing (detox) and recharging (restoring energy), and discover how to apply both strategies to your self-care routine. In this session, we’ll practice balancing rejuvenating and detoxifying your body using tools and techniques tailored to your unique needs.
Class 4: Longevity 101: Move, Rest, Breathe, Repeat
This practice session will teach you how to use mindful breath and movement—drawing from traditions like yoga and qigong—to support long-term health, reduce stress, and increase vitality.
By the end of this series, you’ll have a practical toolkit of self-care rituals to seamlessly integrate into your life, allowing you to feel more energized, balanced, and connected to your body’s natural rhythms.
