Informed by the time-tested wisdom of Daoism, Classical Chinese Medicine, and qigong, this gentle practice will calm the mind, soothe the nerves, relax the body, and nourish your innate resilience.
Learn about the 24 seasonal patterns (called the 24 Qi Nodes) and how to align your self-care practices with these changing two-week seasons throughout the year.
This donation-based class includes theory, gentle movement, centering meditation, self-massage, and a short Q & A period at the end of the session.
Students of all levels of experience are welcome.
Class is offered on a donation basis. The suggested donation is $25.
