Happy Hips: Four-Part Series
Join us as we explore a step-by-step process for supporting the health and vitality of our hips and the optimal functioning of the organs and tissues of the pelvis. This series addresses reproductive organs, hormone balance, healthy elimination, bone density, safety in the body, balance, grounding, and more.

Dec 7 - Class One: Strength
Exercises that support the strength of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and bones of the hips and pelvis combined with exercises that build vitality in the pelvic organs.
Dec 14 - Class Two: Mobility
Exercises that support pain-free movement and natural mobility of the hips as well as the health of the organs and tissues of the pelvic girdle.
Dec 21 - Class Three: Fluidity
Exercise that combine strength and mobility to support the total body-mind system in FLUID movement, nervous system regulation, and resilience.
Dec 28 - Class Four: Freedom and Fun
A complete set that ties together the principles and practices of this series and empowers you to enjoy greater freedom and delight in your daily practice and everyday life.
